Meet Nancy Ehle, Founder and CEO of Witness 4 Fitness After working desk jobs for over 25 years, Nancy Ehle discovered a passion for fitness in a most surprising way. It was mid-November 2011, and the winter blues were already beginning to take hold, as was the customary winter weight gain. She popped a walking workout DVD in and did her very first walk with Leslie Sansone. Three miles into it, she was absolutely hooked. In just six weeks, she lost those last 10 lbs that were hanging on, toned up, and gained a level of self-confidence and self-worth that she had never known. A joy came over her that got right into her bones. Five months and many Walk at Home DVDs later, she was certified as a Master Walk 15® Instructor through Walk at Home's certification program, beginning a journey that would open up a whole new career for her... one that has brought inner healing and a new lease on life - a life she has come to love. ![]() Nancy's passion for serving others and belief in the program is evident in the fire in her eyes when she talks about Walk. Her encouraging, motivational nature is a perfect fit in the class environment or one-on-one as she focuses on your potential to succeed and to be all you can be. While specializing in Walk 15® Classes, Nancy also holds certifications in Sports Nutrition, Pilates, is a Group Fitness Instructor through the American Council on Exercise (ACE) and a Health Coach. She is also a published author with two publications to her credit - a novel entitled "The Timekeepers: Book I - A Play for Time" and a devotional featuring her artwork and photography: "Selah Moments - Quiet Contemplation." Nancy is a Christian and is very active in her church (Symons Valley Full Gospel Church) in Calgary, Alberta Canada. She has served on the Board of Directors and is currently serving a term on the Board of her condominium association. |
