We've Got Spring Fever... Let's WALK!

Even though we've had a mild winter in Calgary, seeing new buds on the trees, perennials coming up in flower beds, and hearing robins in the mornings just does something to a person. We've got a serious case of Spring Fever... Let's WALK!

Join us for a new 8-class Walk Live series starting on April 11, which will run every Saturday at 9:30 a.m. until May 30. These classes are low-impact cardio workouts that use walking as the basis. Four basic steps is all it takes to get going, and we build on these as the pace increases for a calorie blasting, fat burning workout that anyone can do, regardless of age, size or fitness level. 

This is a GREAT time to start getting into shape for summer. We'll tone every major muscle group in your body, improve your posture, heart health, range of motion and mobility... the list goes on. Every system of your body will benefit from these workouts - weight loss is simply a side effect... a good one! We can do this either indoors or out - perfect for Spring!
